Ta-Da!!
I finally finished my skinny corduroy pants and am wearing them to work today! I got these pink Express pants from a closet purge and they were 2 sizes too big and wide leg. I had seen a tutorial online for turning pants into skinnies and thought this would be the perfect opportunity to try it since I didn't invest any money in them.
I am so pleased with the way they turned out. My students today told me they love my outfit and that I look like a high schooler! Silly kids, but really they may become my new favorite pants.

5 Reasons Why....
Today I went to Raleigh with my hubby to watch some former ball players play in the state championship. Let me rephrase that, WIN the state championship!!
After the game, we went to the mall to look for new swimsuits for our trip to the Bahamas that quickly approaching. By the way, I decided I hate the mall. I will stick to vintage/thrift stores and shops that are NOT in a mall. Then we visited Costco. (Cue the music of heaven's doors)
Hence my 5 reasons are The 5 Reasons You Should Join Costco:
1. Free samples. Seriously, skip the dinner part of your date and just snack on all the yummies they pass your way.
2. Frontline. With 2 dogs, Frontline and vet bills break our wallets. Costco sells 6 mos of Frontline for the price we would pay for 3!
3. K-cups. If you have a Keurig, the Costco membership will be paid for in what you save on Kcups. Trust me!
4. Premium beef. Makes my hubby happy. Seriously, he gets excited about it.
5. Beauty supplies. Especially if you have kids! I once bought a package of night cream and eye cream (together) for $18. I had never heard of it so I googled it. Normally the night cream cost $89! Boo ya!

Intentions...
I had intentions of posting a project I've been working on today after I completed it, but I ended up very busy. After school I went to a funeral and then stocked up on some groceries since Food Lion is doubling coupons this week. Boo-ya!!!
Then we went to Mamaw's 89th birthday party at the country club. What a spectacular woman. Love her.
I've recently become obsessed with the color yellow and came upon this dress at Urban Outfitters in SALE!! Then when I went to the site, I found it in purple!!! I intend to drag Justin to UO tomorrow to get it. Yay!
