Something New


Since becoming pregnant I've been trying new workouts that will benefit me throughout pregnancy and labor.  I had done yoga before, but never really felt like I understood it or "got it" if that makes sense. I have learned so much.  The instructor stops to explain variations of the moves, benefits of the moves, and potential injuries if done incorrectly throughout pregnancy.  It is so informative.

I have to tell you, I may not be a pro, but I am now a self-proclaimed yogi.  I have been doing the moves that I've learned at home and I feel amazing!  The stretching and the strengthening that take place without even breaking a sweat is incredible.

My challenge for you: try something new that is physical.  
Go out and challenge yourself to a new addition in your fitness regimen.
